Preston - Colne services will run between Preston and Blackburn only.

Blackburn - Manchester Victoria/Headbolt Lane (via Todmorden) services will divert and fail to call at all stations between Blackburn and Manchester Victoria.

Services that run between Blackburn and Manchester Victoria via Bolton are not affected.
