Damage to the overhead electric wires in the Tile Hill area means the line towards Coventry is blocked. As a result of this, trains between Birmingham International and Coventry may be cancelled, delayed by up to 35 minutes or diverted.

Disruption is expected until 13:30.

Birmingham International and Coventry stations will not be served. Trains will be diverted via Solihull.

Tickets will be accepted on the following routes:

  • London Northwestern Railway between Birmingham New Street and Coventry
  • West Midlands Railway between Leamington Spa and Coventry

London Northwestern Railway / West Midlands Railway

Tickets will be accepted on Chiltern Railways services via any reasonable route.

Rail replacement buses will be provided. More information will follow once these have been confirmed.
