Engineering work is taking place between Liskeard and Par, closing all lines.

CrossCountry:

Buses will replace trains between Plymouth and St Austell.

Great Western Railway:

On Saturday and Sunday -

Most trains will start / terminate at Plymouth, although some peak trains will instead start / terminate at Liskeard.

Buses will replace trains between Plymouth and St Austell. These buses will run direct between the 2 stations, taking approximately 80 minutes.  

Buses will also run between Liskeard and Par, calling at all stations.

Trains will then operate between Par and Penzance.

On Saturday only -

As a result of this work, some trains between Par and Newquay and between St Ives and Penzance will be altered:

• 10:20 and 17:10 Newquay to Par will depart at 10:22 and 17:18 respectively
• 20:22 Par to Newquay will depart at 20:27
• 21:17 Newquay to Plymouth will terminate at Par
• 18:28 St Ives to Penzance will terminate at St Erth. A replacement bus will run from St Erth to Penzance
• 18:58 Penzance to St Ives will start at St Erth. A replacement bus will run from Penzance to St Erth

On Sunday only -

The 21:15 Penzance to London Paddington "Night Riviera" Sleeper will start from Plymouth at 23:55. A shuttle train will run from Penzance to St Austell then a replacement bus will run from St Austell to Plymouth to connect with the train.

The 23:50 London Paddington to Penzance "Night Riviera" Sleeper will run as normal, but stops at Plymouth, Liskeard, Bodmin Parkway and Lostwithiel will be both to pick up and set down customers.
