The following rail replacement transport will run:

• A coach, operated by UAM Travel, will depart Preston at 10:30 calling all stations to Ormskirk
• A coach, operated by Coastal Coaches, will depart Ormskirk at 11:10 calling all stations to Preston

Journey times will be extended by up to 60 minutes when using road replacement transport.

The first train services expected to run will be:

• 12:10 Preston - Ormskirk service
• 12:46 Ormskirk - Preston service
