Engineering work is taking place between Milton Keynes Central and Rugby, closing all lines.

Avanti West Coast:

Replacement buses will run between Milton Keynes Central and Rugby.

An amended service will run as follows:

• 2 trains per hour between London Euston and Milton Keynes Central.
• 1 train per hour between Rugby and Manchester Piccadilly via Stoke-on-Trent.
• 1 train per hour between Rugby and Crewe via Birmingham New Street.
• 1 train per hour between Rugby and Crewe (direct) until 13:30. After 13:30, an hourly service will run between Rugby and Manchester Piccadilly / Glasgow Central.

Additionally, trains to / from Holyhead will be amended to run between Crewe and Holyhead only.

London Northwestern Railway:

It is not yet known how London Northwestern Railway will be affected by this engineering work.
