Engineering work is taking place between Wakefield Westgate and Leeds via Outwood, closing all lines.

CrossCountry:

Trains will be diverted, not calling at Wakefield Westgate. Replacement buses will replace trains between Sheffield and Wakefield Westgate, and also between Wakefield Westgate and Leeds.

East Midlands Railway:

Services that run between London St Pancras and Leeds will be diverted after Sheffield, and will not call at Wakefield Westgate. Customers to / from Wakefield Westgate should use alternative train / bus services.

LNER:

A reduced train service will run to / from Leeds, with trains being diverted between Leeds and Doncaster and not calling at Wakefield Westgate. A replacement bus service will run between Doncaster and Wakefield Westgate.

Northern:

Leeds - Wakefield Westgate via Outwood:

Trains between Sheffield / Doncaster and Leeds will be amended to run between Sheffield / Doncaster and Wakefield Westgate only.

Replacement buses will run between Wakefield Westgate and Leeds via Outwood.

Leeds - Knottingley via Wakefield Westgate:

Trains between Leeds and Knottingley via Wakefield will be amended to run via Castleford, not calling at Wakefield Westgate, Wakefield Kirkgate, Streethouse, Featherstone or Pontefract Tanshelf.

Replacement buses will run between Leeds and Knottingley, calling at Wakefield Westgate, Wakefield Kirkgate, Streethouse, Featherstone or Pontefract Tanshelf.
