Engineering work is taking place between Wigan North Western and Preston closing the line.
Buses will replace trains between Wigan North Western and Preston.
Trains between London Euston and Blackpool North will not run. Customers should use alternative Avantie West Coast services between London Euston and Preston and Northern trains between Preston and Blackpool North.
