Engineering work is taking place between Warminster / Gillingham and Salisbury resulting in the closure of all lines.
Great Western
Trains between Cardiff Central and Portsmouth Harbour will operate between Cardiff Central / Bristol Temple Meads / Westbury and Warminster and then between Salisbury and Portsmouth Harbour. There will be road transport in operation between Warminster and Salisbury and will take around 50 minutes.
Trains between Great Malvern / Worcester / Gloucester / Bristol Temple Meads and Westbury (and beyond) will terminate / start at Westbury or Warminster.
Some trains will not run.
Upon request some trains will call additionally at Dilton Marsh.
South Western Railway
Saturday:
Trains between London Waterloo and Exeter St Davids will run between Gillingham Davids.
The 50 minutes past London Waterloo to Salisbury service will depart 30 minutes earlier at 20 past the hour.
The 47 minutes past Salisbury to London Waterloo service will depart 29 minutes earlier at 18 past the hour.
Trains between Bristol Temple Meads and Frome will not run.
Rail replacement buses will run between:
- Salisbury and Gillingham
- Salisbury and Warminster

Sunday:
Trains between London Waterloo and Exeter St Davids will run between Gillingham Davids.
Trains between Bristol Temple Meads and Frome will not run.
Additional services running:
- 15 minutes past the hour London Waterloo to Salisbury.
- 27 minutes past the hour Salisbury to London Waterloo.
