Engineering work is taking place in the Sheffield area, closing various lines.
CrossCountry:
Services between Reading / Birmingham New Street and Newcastle will be revised to start / terminate at Derby.
Plymouth to Scotland services will be diverted, calling at Doncaster and will have extended journey times by approximately 60 minutes.
All other services will run as normal.
East Midlands Trains:
Train services between Norwich / Nottingham and Manchester Piccadilly / Liverpool Lime Street will not run between Sheffield and Manchester Piccadilly / Liverpool Lime Street. Replacement road transport will operate between Sheffield and Stockport. Between Stockport and Manchester / Liverpool you may use any train service.
Trains between Chesterfield and Sheffield will be diverted, and not call at Dronfield. Replacement road transport will operate between Chesterfield and Sheffield for passengers to and from Dronfield.
Northern:
Manchester Piccadilly and Sheffield (Hope Valley Line):
Buses will replace trains between Hathersage and Sheffield.
Leeds / Sheffield and Nottingham (via Langley Mill):
Buses will replace trains between Sheffield and Nottingham via Langley Mill.
