Engineering work is taking place between Dewsbury and Huddersfield, closing some lines.

Northern:

Trains between Sheffield and Penistone / Lockwood will be extended to run to / from Huddersfield.

Trains between Leeds and Manchester Victoria via Dewsbury will be diverted via Halifax, and will not call at Cottingley, Morley, Batley, Dewsbury, Mirfield and Brighouse.

Trains will not run between Leeds and Bradford Interchange via Dewsbury and also between Leeds and York via Garforth.

Buses will run between Halifax and Dewsbury and additional train services will be provided by TransPennine Express.

TransPennine Express:

It is not yet known how this service will be affected. Check back at a later date for more information.
