Engineering work is taking place between Rugby and Long Buckby each night, closing all lines.
The 22:55 Birmingham New Street to Northampton service will terminate at Coventry.
Customers are advised to travel on the 23:31 Coventry to London Euston Virgin Trains service to Rugby.Â
A rail replacement bus will operate between Rugby and Northampton, departing Rugby at 23:50, Long Buckby at 00:15, and arriving at Northampton at 00:40.
