Engineering work is taking place between Princes Risborough and Aylesbury, closing lines overnight from Sunday evening until Friday morning.
The 00:10 London Marylebone to Aylesbury service will terminate at High Wycombe. A replacement bus will run from High Wycombe to Aylesbury.
