Strike action has been announced by the RMT union on the following dates:

Wednesday 15 March
Trains will run as planned with some minor changes to late-night services. Please check before you travel.
Additional services are being provided to help take customers between London and Cheltenham for the Cheltenham Festival.
The Night Riviera Sleeper service will not operate.

Thursday 16 March
An extremely limited service will operate between 07:30 and around 19:30. If you are intending to travel, please check both outward and return journeys.
A very limited service will run only on the following routes:
- Between London Paddington and Bristol Temple Meads, extending to Plymouth every other hour
- Between London Paddington and Bristol Parkway
- Between London Paddington and Cardiff
- Between London Paddington and Oxford
- Between Slough and Windsor & Eton Central
- Between Maidenhead and Marlow
- Between Twyford and Henley-on-Thames
- Between Reading and Basingstoke
- Between Cardiff Central and Westbury
The Night Riviera Sleeper service will not operate.
Trains that will run are expected to be busier than usual.
No services will operate to Cheltenham for the Cheltenham Festival, customers will need to consider alternative means of travel.

Friday 17 March
Trains will continue to be disrupted. There will be a reduced level of service throughout the day with a later start to services in the morning and some late-night services may be cancelled.
Trains that are operating will be extremely busy. Please check before you travel.

- Between London Paddington and Cardiff Central
- Between London Paddington and Oxford
- Between London Paddington and Newbury
- Between West Ealing and Greenford
- Between Slough and Windsor & Eton Central
- Between Maidenhead and Marlow
- Between Twyford and Henley-on-Thames
- Between Reading and Basingstoke
- Between Cardiff Central and Westbury
- Between Plymouth and Newton Abbot (replacement buses will operate between Exeter and Newton Abbot)
The Night Riviera Sleeper service will not operate.
