Last March Grand Central took part in 'The big step challenge'. Faced with a national lock down, we think everyone did pretty amazingly!
Well, it's March again and lockdown again, but that's not stopping us! This time the team are going big! They're going to walk the length of the Grand Central network.
From (the equivalent of) Bradford to London and back, and from (the equivalent of) Sunderland to London and back, they will be looking to cover a whopping 1,525km, or 1.22 million steps!
This year they'll be raising money for our long-time partners Centrepoint. A charity close to our hearts, working hard to help end youth homelessness. Since 2016, Grand Central have been helping Centrepoint to provide homeless young people with the tools they need to build a brighter future. With covid-19 making the route to youth homelessness much easier and reaching vulnerable younger people far harder. Centrepoint need our help to make sure they can continue to help those in need.
