There is no set down / pick up points at this station. Dowgate Hill is a quieter street than Cannon Street but has a slight slope. Please note there are double yellow lines in front of the station on Cannon Street and on Dowgate Hill.

Can I get a refund if my plans change?
You can only refund tickets purchased through Grand Central.
