Sometimes when booking tickets via the Grand Central websites, users will receive the following error:

We're sorry, we're experiencing technical problems with our online booking system. Please try again, and if you still have problems call our team on 0345 603 4852, lines open from 7am to 10pm every day.

This is caused when a user tries to book a seat reservation which is no longer available. Sometimes in our booking system our accessible seats can be included in the selection of seats available for reservation, however they cannot actually be reserved, causing the above error.

If you receive this error, it usually means that there are no more reservable seats on that service and you will need to either purchase a flexible off-peak/anytime ticket or take an alternative train.
