Advance tickets can be changed but are subject to a £5 modification fee, allowing you to modify your Advance ticket to an alternative service provided the price is greater than or equal to your original ticket cost. If you booked your tickets via our telesales, website or app, you will need to contact customer services on 0345 603 4852 (option 3, then 2) in order to do this. If you booked via another company, please go back to your point of purchase to make the changes.
