 If you bought your e-ticket before February 14th, you'll still need to activate it using the Grand Central app. If you bought after this, this won't be necessary.

  • You can download your tickets at any time from My Account, both in the app and on our website - e-tickets can be printed out or displayed on your device
  • Your booking confirmation will contain a PDF download of your ticket, these can also be found in "My Account"
  • You can purchase e-tickets with a guest account, but you won't be able to save them to our app unless you log in!

Our Print-at-Home tickets are still available if you prefer the older style, but these require passenger names, ID and physical printing

Tickets will be available as soon as you've made your booking. You will receive an email receipt confirming your purchase and containing a link to My Account, where you can download the tickets; if you purchased after February 14th, the email will also contain a PDF of your ticket.
