While you do not need a reservation to travel with us, if you do not have one you may be prevented from boarding in the event of particularly busy services. To make a seat reservation if your ticket does not include one, please contact the Customer Relations team on 0345 603 4852 (option 5). Lines are open 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Alternatively you can contact us on social media via Facebook and Twitter.

We continue to maintain a number of seats on board our services for those who have been unable to reserve tickets, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
