Engineering work is taking place between Norwich and Great Yarmouth / Lowestoft / Cromer, closing all lines.
Buses will replace trains between:
- Norwich and Great Yarmouth.
- Norwich and Lowestoft.
- Norwich and Sheringham / Cromer.
- Lowestoft and Beccles.

Bicycles:
Non folding bicycles are not allowed on rail replacement bus services at any time. Folding bicycles are allowed if fully folded. For more information, please see here.
Project Information:
Network Rail are replacing the old mechanical signalling equipment with modern technology using colour LED signals. They are also replacing manually operated switches with powered switches controlled by a remote computer based signalling system.
Track layout at several locations will also be improved to cater for increasing capacity and reliability demands of a modern railway.
