Engineering work is taking place between Inverness and Perth on Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 October, closing all lines.
Caledonian Sleeper
On Sunday, the 20:26 Inverness to London Euston service will be diverted via Aberdeen and Fife, departing Inverness earlier than normal. A rail replacement bus service will connect with this service at Dundee, calling at Aviemore, Kingussie, Dalwhinnie, Blair, Atholl, Pitlochry, Dunkeld & Birnam and Perth.
London North Eastern Railway
On Saturday, the 12:00 London Kings Cross to Perth service will terminate at Perth. Replacement road transport will then continue on to Inverness, calling at Pitlochry, Kingussie and Aviemore.
On Sunday, services to and from Inverness will start / terminate at Perth. Replacement road transport will then continue on to Inverness, calling at Pitlochry, Kingussie and Aviemore.
ScotRail
All weekend trains will not run between Inverness and Perth. Replacement road transport will run between these stations.
Sunday evening:
Glasgow Queen Street - Aberdeen services
Buses replace trains between Falkirk Grahamston, and Dundee for intermediate stations in both directions. A connecting shuttle bus also operates between Falkirk High and Falkirk Grahamston. Please change buses at Falkirk Grahamston for stations via Stirling.
Edinburgh - Dunblane / Perth services
Train services from the 20:35 service from Edinburgh will terminate at Falkirk Grahamston
Train services from the 21:01 service from Dunblane will start at Falkirk Grahamston
Buses will replace trains between Falkirk Grahamston and Dunblane / Perth
Glasgow Queen Street - Alloa services
Train services from the 20:15 Glasgow Queen Street service will terminate at Falkirk Grahamston
Train services from the 21:14 Alloa service will start from Falkirk Grahamston
Buses will replace trains between Falkirk Grahamston and Stirling. Connecting shuttle bus also operates between Stirling and Alloa
