Engineering work is taking place between Rugeley Trent Valley and Congleton closing some lines.
As a result, the 23:00 London Euston to Manchester Piccadilly is diverted via Crewe, calling additionally at Styal.
A replacement bus will run from Crewe for Stoke-on-Trent and Macclesfield customers.
