Engineering work is taking place between Manchester Victoria and Stalybridge, closing lines overnight from Monday evening until Friday morning.
As a result, the following trains will be amended:
Monday to Thursday:
- The 21:46 Scarborough to Manchester Victoria service will be diverted to terminate at Manchester Piccadilly.
- The 22:00 Newcastle to Manchester Airport service will be diverted, and will not call at Manchester Victoria.
- The 23:19 Manchester Airport to York service will depart Manchester Piccadilly later than usual, and will not call at Manchester Oxford Road or Manchester Victoria.
Tuesday to Friday:
- The 00:38 Manchester Airport to York service will depart Manchester Piccadilly later than usual, at 01:12.
- The 03:50 York to Manchester Airport service will depart York earlier at 03:47, and will be diverted to not call at Manchester Victoria or Manchester Oxford Road.
- The 04:22 Manchester Airport to Newcastle service will depart Manchester Piccadilly later than usual, at 04:44.
- The 05:03 Manchester Airport to Newcastle service will depart Manchester Airport earlier than usual, at 04:59, and will leave Manchester Piccadilly later than usual, at 05:25.
- The 05:05 York to Manchester Airport service will depart York earlier at 04:55 and will be diverted to not call at Manchester Victoria or Manchester Oxford Road.
- The 05:48 Manchester Airport to Middlesbrough service will depart Manchester Piccadilly later than usual, at 06:14. The train will also be diverted, not calling at Manchester Oxford Road or Manchester Victoria. The train will additionally stop at Stalybridge at 06:26.
