We have been informed of signalling staff being taken ill on the Isle of Wight. This means that train services between Ryde Esplanade and Shanklin have been suspended until approximately 12:30 today.

Until further notice the following alterations will be necessary:

Train services running between Ryde Esplanade and Shanklin have been cancelled.

To assist you with your journey your ticket will be accepted, at no extra cost to yourself, on the following services:

• Southern Vectis 2 & 3 between Ryde Esplanade and Shanklin

South Western Railway have arranged replacement buses to run on the following routes:

• Between Ryde Esplanade and Shanklin
