A points failure at Moorgate means trains are unable to run between Finsbury Park and Moorgate. As a result of this, trains may be cancelled, delayed or terminated at Finsbury Park and diverted to / from London Kings Cross.
This is until approximately 16:00.

Great Northern trains are unable to run to or from Moorgate due to a points failure near the station.
This also means there will be no Great Northern services at Drayton Park, Highbury & Islington, Essex Road or Old Street.
Trains which usually use this route will be terminated at Finsbury Park or diverted to run to London Kings Cross, and will start their return journeys from either of those two stations.

You may use Great Northern tickets on London Underground or London Buses services on any reasonable route to complete your journey in the local area.
You can also use alternative Thameslink and Great Northern routes to and from London.

Great Northern have recently been informed of this by Network Rail. Their response staff have been sent to attend the incident. We're waiting for further updates from site.
