A power cut at Leatherhead means Southern services are currently unable to call at the station.
We anticipate disruption will continue until 18:30.
Customer Advice
Southern services are unable to stop at Leatherhead station.Â
South Western Railway services can still stop, and will accept Southern tickets at no extra cost.Â
You may also use London Buses on Route 465 between Dorking, Box Hill & Westhumble and Leatherhead.Â
Please leave at least 20 minutes of extra time to use another route, especially if you need to change trains, or change between trains and buses.Â
You may also use Ashtead station instead of Leatherhead, if you prefer. Â

Can you tell me more about the incident?Â
Unfortunately, a power cut at Leatherhead means that the station lights are not working. As the station only has limited emergency lighting, it's not safe for Southern trains to call. There will be a limited South Western Railway service, which will be shown on journey planners.Â
Southern are working with their station teams and the local electricity suppliers to ensure that the station is returned to a mains electricity supply as quickly as possible. We'll continue to update you with any changes to the situation.
