Lines have now reopened following a shortage of train crew between Clapham Junction and Watford Junction. However, whilst service recovers, trains may be cancelled, delayed by up to 40 minutes or terminated at and started back from Shepherd's Bush. This is expected until 21:00.

Can you tell me more about the incident?

Earlier today, a freight train came to a halt at Willesden Junction with a crewing issue, and was unable to proceed until a replacement driver could be found. This blocked the line towards Shepherds Bush for around 50 minutes, preventing both Southern and London Overground services from running.

This train has now moved, however a queue of trains has developed and Network Rail are now working to clear this queue as quickly as possible. Until this queue has been cleared, services are unable to run towards Watford Junction from London.
