Lines have reopened following a points failure between Salisbury and Warminster / Yeovil Junction. Trains between these stations may be cancelled, delayed by up to 30 minutes or revised whilst service recovers.
Disruption is expected until 19:00.

What are South Western Railway doing about it
After being advised of a problem with a set of points between Salisbury and Warminster / Yeovil Junction and specialist teams being on site to recitfy the issue, all lines have now reopened and trains can now run between these stations.
Whilst the train service gets back to normal, there may be alterations in order to minimise disruption. Whilst this takes place, we have the following ticket acceptance in place, at no extra cost to yourself:
To assist you with your journey your ticket will be accepted, at no extra cost to yourself, on the following services:
- Great Western Railway services between London Paddington and Exeter St Davids, and between Reading and Basingstoke
- London Underground via any reasonable route (for travel between London Waterloo and London Paddington)
