Lines have reopened following a trespass incident on the railway at Ladywell. Trains running between New Cross and Ladywell / Hither Green and through Lewisham may still be cancelled, delayed by up to 30 minutes or revised.

Disruption is expected until 11:00.

What's happened?

We have been advised of a trespasser in the area of Ladywell. British Transport Police have now captured the trespasser and the current is now back on.

How does this affect my journey?

Trains are now able to run thorugh the affected area but are delayed by up to 35 minutes - alterations and cancellations are likely while we work to resume normal service.

  • Services between Maidstone East and London Charing Cross may divert to and from London Victoria
  • Services on the Hayes line may terminate at Elmers End
  • Mainline trains via Tonbridge and Orpington may terminate at Orpington

What should I do?

Please allow extra time to complete your journey and check before you travel. You can use your ticket at no extra cost on local buses and the London Underground.
