Can you tell me more about the incident?

Unfortunately, we've been advised of a problem with the power supply to the signalling equipment between London St Pancras International and London Blackfriars. This means that trains can't move as normal, as a fully-working electricity supply is crucial to detecting and controlling the trains.

Thameslink are working closely with Network Rail and local electricity suppliers to make sure the power is restored. Until this is done, they expect there will be delays and changes to services in the area.

If you're on a train which is delayed in the area, it may take longer for us to get you to the next station, and onwards to your destination. Please listen out for information from the crew or contact Thameslink on social media if you need further support with your journey.
