Following a fault with the signalling system in the Basingstoke area all lines have reopened. As service recovers, trains may still be cancelled, delayed by up to 30 minutes or revised. This is expected until 19:00.

We were earlier informed of a signalling problem at Basingstoke. The problem has been resolved and all lines have reopened, trains may still be delayed or altered whilst South Western Railway return to normal.
