Industrial action is planned by Tube train drivers who are members of the RMT union. If the RMT goes ahead with planned strike action, it will severely disrupt services on the Central, Jubilee, Northern, Piccadilly and Victoria lines on Friday 26 November and Saturday 18 December.
This could mean a significantly reduced service on these lines all day with little or no service in places. It is also likely to mean much busier services on the Tube lines that are not affected by the strike (Bakerloo, Circle, District, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan) as customers seek alternative routes
Impact on other services:
Thameslink and bus services in the central London area are also likely to be very busy, as London Underground customers will be trying to find alternative travel options.
Further information and advice will be posted here when available.
