The met office have issued a yellow weather warning for rain in some parts of Yorkshire. Heavy rain has flooded the railway in some areas, the following routes are currently being affected:
- Chester - Crewe
- Liverpool - Manchester via Eccles - Flooding at Eccles is causing minor delays.
- Todmorden - Rochdale - Trains are currently unable to run between these stations due to flooding.
