Overrunning engineering work near Weymouth is causing disruption to journeys between these stations.
Services will be cancelled or revised until lines can be reopened.

We have been informed of overrunning engineering works between Weymouth and Dorchester South. This means that all lines will reopen later than scheduled, which will cause trains to be altered, or cancelled.
To assist you with your journey your ticket will be accepted, at no extra cost to yourself, on the following services:
- Local buses between Weymouth and Bournemouth on the following services: 10, X54, 40, 8, 9, 1, 16, 17, M1 and M2.
We have requested replacement buses to run on the following routes:
- between Weymouth and Dorchester South calling at all stations
- between Weymouth and Bournemouth calling at Dorchester South, Wareham and Poole
- between Dorchester South and Bournemouth calling at all stations
- between Dorchester South and Bournemouth calling at Wareham and Poole
