A points failure in the Norwood Junction area means some lines between are currently closed. As a result, trains at West Croydon may be cancelled, delayed by up to 20 minutes or revised.

Stations between Sydenham and West Croydon will may not be served.

To assist you with your journey your ticket will be accepted London Buses via any reasonable route.
Southern
Services that run between West Croydon and London Victoria (via Crystal Palace) will be started and terminated at South Croydon instead, and will stop additionally at East Croydon in both directions.
Other Southern services which stop at West Croydon can still run as normal, but may experience some small delays.
If travelling to/from West Croydon, you will be able to use alternative Southern and London Overground services instead, or use London Trams between West Croydon and East Croydon.
Journey times for your alternative journey will be extended, so you should allow at least an extra 20 minutes to reach your destination.
