A road vehicle blocking the railway at New Beckenham means lines are disrupted. As a result, trains running through this station may be cancelled, delayed or revised.

Disruption is expected to continue until 09:00.

What's happened?

A member of the public has advised Network Rail that a car has collided with a wall near New Beckenham earlier today. The car and wall debris have now been removed, but the power will remain switched off to allow urgent repairs to be carried out. These are expected to be finished by 09:00.

How does this affect my journey?

Trains are unable to run via New Beckenham and the services on the Hayes line will be running to run fast between Lewisham and Orpington.

Please allow extra time for your travel today. You can use your ticket from 07:30 on local buses and London Trams on any reasonable routes.
