A fault with the signalling system at Haslemere means that trains have to run at a reduced speed on the line towards Guildford. Trains running through this station may be cancelled, delayed by up to 10 minutes or revised.

Disruption is expected until 14:00.

What South Western Railway are doing about it

South Western Railway have been informed of a signalling problem at Haslemere. This means that trains must run at reduced speed on the line towards Guildford and platform 3 is out of use at the station.

Until further notice the following alterations will be necessary:

  • Trains between London Waterloo and Haslemere will run between London Waterloo and Guildford
  • Trains between London Waterloo and Portsmouth may stop additionally at Milford and Witley
