There is a points failure just outside Skegness Station. This is disrupting our trains on the Nottingham/ Grantham/ Skegness routes. Network Rail are on site investigating the problem. How does this affect my train? Trains running through the area in both directions between Boston and Skegness cannot run. East Midlands Railway are currently looking at how this is going to affect their services. At present we are expecting the problem to be fixed within the next 2 hours. As soon as the problem is fixed the priority will be to get trains running to their advertised times again. We expect the advertised timetable to resume on the affected routes by 17:00.
How do I get where I need to be? You should continue to travel as originally planned however your journey may be delayed by 30 minutes.
