Customer advice
South Western Railway have been informed that the track circuit failure at London Waterloo has re-occurred. This means that trains are unable to use Platforms 1 to 4 at at London Waterloo until further notice. Trains running through these platforms may use different platforms than normal as a result train services may be cancelled, delayed or revised.
Response teams are working to fix the issue.
Until further notice the following alterations apply:
-London Waterloo to Shepperton services will be diverted between Clapham Junction and Fulwellcalling additionally at Twickenhamand Strawberry Hill.
-Shepperton to London Waterloo services will be diverted between Fulwell and Clapham Junction calling additionally at Strawberry Hill and Twickenham.
-London Waterloo to Guildford Via Cobham services will run non-stop between London Waterloo and Surbiton.
-London Waterloo to Woking stopping services will run non-stop between London Waterloo and Surbiton.
To assist you with your journey your ticket will be accepted, at no extra cost to yourself, on the following services:
-London Underground services between London Waterloo and Wimbledon/Richmond/Paddington via all reasonable routes.
-Southern services between London Victoria - Clapham Junction.
-Thameslink Services Wimbledon â Blackfriars/Central London in both directions.
London Buses via any reasonable route between London Waterloo - Central London - Clapham Junction â Wimbledon â Kingston -Surbiton.
