What We're Doing About It

We have been informed of a signalling problem between West Byfleet and Byfleet & New Haw. Until further notice the following alterations will be necessary:Woking to London Waterloo services are unable to call at West Byfleet, Byfleet & New Haw, Weybridge, Walton on Thames, Hersham and Esher in the direction of London Waterloo. Passengers wishing to leave the train at these stations should change at Surbiton for a return service. For further information or onward travel advice please speak to a member of staff or use a station help point.
