Southern Customer Advice:
I'm travelling towards Watford, what should I do?
Trains are able to run between Clapham Junction and Shepherds Bush. You'll need to get off the train at Shepherds Bush and take a London Overground train to Willesden Junction. Once at Willesden Junction you'll need to change platforms and take another London Overground train towards Watford.
This may add up to an extra 45 minutes to your trip. Don't worry about paying extra to travel with London Overground, they are allowing Southern train ticket holders to travel with them this evening.
I'm travelling towards Clapham Junction and there's no direct train, what should I do?
Trains are only running between Shepherds Bush and Clapham Junction. You'll need to use the London Overground or London Underground to Willesden Junction, and change there for a train towards Shepherds Bush or Clapham Junction.
