AÂ points failure between Three Bridges and Gatwick Airport means some lines are currently blocked.
As a result of this, trains may be cancelled or delayed by up to 20 minutes. Disruption is expected until 12:30.

There may be some delays to your journey on Southern, Thameslink or Gatwick Express services, on the route between Three Bridges and Gatwick Airport.Â
Two of the four lines are closed near Three Bridges station due to a points failure.Â

Most trains will be able to use alternative lines to travel through this area, but you may find that your journey will take around 10-15 minutes longer than usual, as there could be some congestion at times.Â
A small number of trains may be revised to stop at fewer stations en route.Â
We recommend you still use your normal route, but please check departures here and leave some extra time. Â

We have recently been told about this by Network Rail, at around 11.15. We are now working with them to ensure that staff are sent to site and the problem is fixed.
