Due to heavy rain flooding the railway between Stowmarket and Norwich some lines are blocked. Impact

Train services running to and from these stations may be delayed or revised.

Customer Advice

Due to heavy rain flooding the railway at various points between Stowmarket and Norwich, some sections of line are blocked, whilst other sections are subject to special cautionary speed restrictions.  These measures are being put in place in order to keep customers and staff safe on the railway.  

Network Rail staff are travelling to the locations to assess safety levels and look to pump water clear of the railway where possible.  

Delays and short notice alterations to services are expected.
