Following multiple issues across the network following the heat, customers are advised not to travel for the remainder of today.
Avanti West Coast tickets dated 18 or 19 July will be accepted on our services on Wednesday 20 July or Thursday 21 July if you're able to defer your journey. Please travel as close to your original journey time as possible, Alternatively, you can claim a full refund from your point of purchase with no admin fee in view of the disruption.
TransPennine Express Customer Advice:
No Alternative Transport will be provided for these services.
Customers with tickets dated for travel on Tuesday 19th July may defer their TPE journeys to either Wednesday 20th July or Thursday 21st July or obtain a full refund with no administration fee.
