What's happened?

Network Rail have advised us of a fault with the signalling system at Hayes which is preventing trains from entering or leaving the station. Response staff are on their way to begin work on fixing the fault.
How does this affect my journey?
-------------------------------------------
Services on the Hayes line will not be able to enter or leave the station, so services towards Hayes will terminate at Elmers End, and services towards London will start back at Clock House.
What do I need to do?
------------------------------
You can use your ticket at no extra cost on London Buses between Hayes and Lewisham to help complete your journey.
