Severe weather is causing disruption to journeys between Lewes and Hastings. Trains may be cancelled or delayed by up to 30 minutes.
Disruption is expected until 10:00.
Customer Advice:
Southern services are running at reduced speeds between Lewes, Eastbourne and Hastings. This is due to a number of incidents caused by severe weather conditions today.
Various trees have come down beside the railway, and there have also been reports of several problems with different level crossing barriers.
Your journey is likely to take up to 30 minutes longer. It's possible that some trains may be revised to call at different stations, or unable to run for parts of their journeys.
You can still use your normal route, but please leave extra time and use a journey planner before going to the station. You might also need to change trains more often than normal.
