All lines have reopened between Oxted and Sanderstead after a train developed a fault between the stations. However, whilst service recovers, trains between East Grinstead / Uckfield and East Croydon may still be delayed by up to 25 minutes or revised.
Disruption is expected until 14:30.
Customer Advice
The 12:36 East Grinstead to London Victoria service was delayed in the Riddlesdown area due to a fault on the train. This service has now moved, with a delay of around 25 minutes.
This incident has also delayed the 12:33 Uckfield to London Bridge and 13:06 East Grinstead to London Victoria services.
Both of these trains are now moving, and other services should not be affected by this issue, as the line has reopened.
Can you tell me more about the earlier incident?
