Can you tell me more about the incident?
A defective piece of track has been found on the stopping line between Purley and Purley Oaks station. Network Rail engineers are on site working hard to fix the fault, so we can resume running on the line once more. Unfortunately, until this is fixed, no trains can run through platforms 3-6 at Purley, meaning the Oaks station, in the direction of East Croydon.
