A fault with the signalling system at Upper Warlingham means some lines are disrupted. As a result, trains between East Croydon and Hurst Green may be delayed, cancelled or revised. This is expected until 10:00.
Customer Advice
Trains are being delayed when travelling from East Croydon towards Oxted, affecting the Uckfield and East Grinstead routes. This is due to a signalling problem in the Upper Warlingham area.
There will also be some delays in the other direction in reaction to this.
At present, we expect your journey will take around 20-30 minutes longer than usual. There will be some short notice changes to trains.
Some trains will call at fewer stations en route, and there will also be a small number of cancellations.
Please check a journey planner for the next departure before you go to the station. Listen carefully to announcements and check station screens when travelling.
If you need to use another route, we will update this message shortly.
