A tree is blocking the railway between Dover Priory and Canterbury East causing disruption to services between these stations.
Trains may be cancelled or revised. Disruption is expected until 11:00.
What's happened?
A train has struck a tree on the line near Shepherdswell, so at the moment the line is blocked between Dover Priory and Shepherdswell while staff work to remove the tree and engineers check the train for damage to ensure it is safe to move the train.
How does this affect my journey?
At the moment no trains can run between Dover Priory and Shepherdswell, with trains only running between Shepherdswell and Faversham.
What do I need to do?âââââââ
Please allow extra time for your journey if travelling between Dover and Canterbury.
You can use your tickets on Stagecoach bus routes 15 and 91 at no extra cost to help complete your journey.
We are also working to arrange replacement buses to run in place of cancelled trains.
